Made from tender cuts of pork, our Tocino is marinated in a unique blend of sugar, salt, and select spices, creating a mouthwatering balance of flavours that is both sweet and savoury.

Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Tocino is incredibly versatile. Pan-fry it to achieve a caramelised, crispy exterior while keeping the inside juicy and flavourful.

What is tocino? Filipino sweet cured pork, a breakfast and anytime favourite. We marinate tender pork in pineapple juice, lemon soda, sugar and salt, so it turns sticky, sweet and lightly caramelised when it hits the pan.

How to serve it. As tosilog: tocino with garlic fried rice and a fried egg. It also works sliced into a rice bowl or tucked into a sandwich. Cook from frozen. Cooking times vary, so make sure it is thoroughly cooked (75°C) before serving.

  1. Cook directly from frozen
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat
  3. Add 3 tbsp. of oil and tocino to the pan
  4. Simmer for 6-7 minutes, or until the liquid evaporates
  5. Cook for another 8 minutes, or until caramelized and fully cooked to 75°C. Turn occasionally for even cooking
